J.R is an entrepreneur and strategist who is passionate about strategic thinking, creativity and technology. He has held key management and strategy positions within major media and technology organizations for over 18-years.Prior to Blueshift Media, J.R. was a founder and Managing Director of Blueshift Media Group, a boutique strategy and technology consulting firm with clients throughout the media industry. J.R. was also Vice President of Operations & Strategy at Turner Broadcasting System, Inc. where he oversaw enterprise-wide strategy, technology and operations improvement initiativesPrior to Turner he was a founding member and Product Director at Pathfire (now a DG FastChannel company), a leading provider of digital media distribution and management solutions to the television, media and entertainment industries. He has also held various product management positions for Digital Video, and ANTEC Corporation, now Arris Interactive. J.R. earned his BSBA in Finance from the University of Denver and an emphasis in MIS (Management Information Systems).

Jeffrey Emenecker
President & COO
Jeffrey Emenecker has over 15 years of marketing strategy and analytics consulting experience. He has served in a variety of capacities in finance, marketing and consulting over his career. Prior to Blueshift Media, Jeffrey co-founded Five x Five and most recently served as its President. Prior to Five x Five , he also founded, and had various roles at, SRI Analytics and then within Aspen Analytics (a division of Aspen Marketing Services). Prior to that, Jeffrey spent several years at Bellsouth Telecommunications where he helped develop and launch their CRM program and implemented their first ROI measurement program. While at BellSouth, he also gained valuable marketing perspective by managing large cross-product promotions and as a product manager, providing the basis for strategic and marketing context against analytical solutions. Jeffrey holds an MBA in Finance from Crummer Graduate School of Business at Rollins College and a BBA in Accounting from Wisconsin - Eau Claire. He is based in Atlanta. |
Jon Bradway
Chief Strategy Officer
Jon is an accomplished business development, product management and marketing executive with 11 years of experience in the media industry. Jon has developed and managed products, business strategies and marketing campaigns across online, mobile, advanced TV and social media platforms. He specializes in identifying and executing business opportunities presented by digital media technologies for media, telecommunications and consumer product companies. Prior to Blueshift Media, Jon was a founder and Managing Partner at Blueshift Media Group, a boutique strategy and technology consulting firm with clients throughout the media industry. As a strategy consultant, Jon has advised major media and entertainment companies, including AT&T, Disney and VeriSign, as well as a number of innovative start-ups. Earlier in his career, he spent eight years at Turner Broadcasting in marketing, business development and product management roles, culminating as Director, Video on Demand responsible for product strategy and business operations for Turner's VOD services. Jon received an MBA from the Goizueta Business School at Emory University and a degree in Managerial Economics from Hampden-Sydney College.

Harold Ball
Chief Scientist
Harold is a co-founder of 5x5 LLC and a primary investor in Blueshift Corp. He is CEO of Collinear Ventures Inc, and an investor in start-ups who seek to build innovation and competitive differentiation through analytical methods. Harold founded and led SRI Analytics, an 18-person consulting firm specializing in marketing analytics and strategy. SRI was named one of the Top 20 Places to Work in Atlanta by the Atlanta Business Chronicle and was acquired by Aspen Marketing Services in 2005. Following the acquisition, Harold served as President of Aspen Analytics. Prior to SRI, he created BellSouth¹s Consumer Database Marketing group and led its efforts to quantify the effectiveness of marketing decisions through data analysis and modeling. He spent the first five years of his career in credit analytics, serving large financial institutions as part of Magnum Communications and MDS Decision Systems (now part of Experian). Harold holds a PhD in Economics from Georgia State University and a BA in Economics from University of the South in Sewanee, Tennessee, and is based in Atlanta, Georgia. |

Dan Russotto
Chief Technology Officer
Dan Russotto brings over 15 years of experience in product
strategy & management, software development and systems integration
into his leadership role at Blueshift Media. Prior to Blueshift Media,
Dan was Five x Five's Chief Technology Officer overseeing all
productization and technology sector activities. Prior to his tenure at
Five x Five, Dan was Vice President of Product Strategy at Vumii Inc. a
laser-based night vision software and hardware solution. While at Vumii,
he managed the start up company's product road map, development
resources, customer and marketing strategy plan, internal IT functions,
and overall software plan. Dan also spent eight years at Deloitte
Consulting, where he led large-scale CRM product, process and strategy
engagements and system transformation projects for Fortune 500
companies. He has also served as a Windows XP Product Manager for
Microsoft, and held roles at two high-tech start ups in the wireless
data and analytics spaces. Dan earned an MBA in New Product Development
and Entrepreneurship from the MIT - Sloan School of Business and a BA in
Business in Finance and Computer Information Systems from the
University of Michigan. He is based in Atlanta.

Tammie Childs
SVP Engineering
Tammie Childs is an industry technology and industry
veteran who has been creating solutions throughout the media and
technology industries for over 20-years. Prior to Blueshift Media,
Tammie was a founder and Managing Partner at Blueshift Media Group, a
boutique strategy and technology consulting firm with clients throughout
the media industry. Tammie Childs was formally the Senior Vice
President of Engineering, and founding member, of Pathfire (now a DG
FastChannel company). While there, Tammie was responsible for design and
development of Pathfire's Digital Media Gateway™ line of software and
hardware products, including News, Ads, and Syndication workflow
engines, a multicast transmission system, station integration products
and a point-to-point transmission product. Tammie joined Pathfire from
Digital Video, Inc., which developed one of the first digital ad
insertion servers for cable headends. She joined the company in its
first month of existence and led the development of the first-generation
ad inserter. Before Digital Video, Inc., Tammie spent 7 years at
Bellcore, leading architecture development teams on planning and call
processing systems in the Advanced Intelligent Network. Tammie received a
B.S. in Computer Science from the University of Virginia and a M.S. in
Computer Science from the University of Southern California. In addition
to being a Managing Partner of Blueshift Media Group, Tammie is also
the President of Blueshift's development services subsidiary, Redshift
Technology Group.

Nancy PingitoreSVP Sales
Nancy is a 25 year cable programming and technology veteran
with success in sales, business development, strategy, management and
operations. Before joining Blueshift as SVP, Sales, Nancy spent several
years in cable programming most recently with AmericanEDtv as Executive
Vice President, Distribution, managing carriage initiatives with the top
video distributors. Prior to AmED she was VP, Distribution, at Tennis
Channel, responsible for revenue and subscriber growth from cable,
satellite, and telco affiliates. Nancy also negotiated several ancillary
distribution deals within the in-flight and IPTV verticals. Nancy’s
technology background includes mobile, video and data start-ups. She
founded mobile service, FindMyPetNow.com, a real-time alert service for
lost and found dogs; co-founded Incanta, a customizable internet-based
entertainment content service; created VAR specific marketing and
training programs for Nortel’s high-speed data company, Elastic
Networks; and for Arris Interactive, sold NVOD and digital ad insertion
technology in South America and Europe generating the company’s first
sales revenues. Nancy received her Bachelor of Arts Degree in
Communications from George Washington University. She is also a
graduating member of Georgia Institute of Technology’s (GTECH) Advanced
Technology Development Center (ATDC).
